Delivery timelines are regionally segmented from 4-15business days worldwide.
Contractual Terms
- Cost Allocation: Buyer responsible for customs duties
- Risk Transfer: Title and liability pass to the buyer upon carrier handover. MAXEL disclaims responsibility for delays attributable to customs inspections, force majeure, or incorrect recipient information.
- Prohibited Items: Lithium batteries, aerosols, and select electronics are excluded from certain jurisdictions per IATA/IMDG regulations.
- Notice: Tracking numbers update within 12 hours of dispatch.
